Madison AC Leak Water Damage

The AC unit leaked in this Madison home and caused water damage to the utility room, hallway, hall closet, a bedroom and bedroom closet.  Our crews had to remove the baseboards and vinyl flooring in this bathroom.  Moisture can remain trapped under the vinyl flooring and cause problems with drying the wood subfloor and crawlspace.  This, of course, can lead to mold growth.  Laminate flooring also had to be removed from the bedroom and hallway.  All areas impacted by the water leak were treated with an antimicrobial agent to prevent mold growth and drying equipment was set up for 3 days.
